About This Drink

Caribbean fruit punch has no single origin — every island has its version. The Barbados formula goes: 'one sour, two sweet, three strong, four weak' (lime, sugar, rum, water/juice). Remove the rum and the remaining formula is the perfect non-alcoholic tropical punch.

The layered colours (grenadine at bottom, yellow juices in the middle, lighter ginger ale on top) are visual. Stir before drinking for even flavour. For a more intense tropical version, replace ginger ale with coconut water. Fresh coconut-shaved garnish takes it to another level.
