About This Drink

Lychee in South and South-East Asia is both fruit and occasion — the appearance of the season is marked and celebrated. Ariya at Virgin Voyages includes a version of this in their Indian-inspired drinks menu. The natural separation of lychee and coconut can be left unstirred for a beautiful layered presentation.

This drink has a natural separation of lychee (top) and coconut (bottom). Serve unstirred for a beautiful layered effect with a straw for the guest to mix themselves. Serve immediately — the coconut oxidizes quickly.
