About This Drink

In a country where alcohol is prohibited, the art of the celebratory non-alcoholic drink has been perfected over generations. Saudi Champagne is the result — a drink that has the visual elegance of a Champagne toast, the refreshing quality of a fruit punch, and none of the complexity that would discourage a casual host.

The resting time is important — it lets the fruit infuse the juice and softens the soda's sharpness. For individual servings, add a shot of peach nectar per glass. Sparkling apple juice replaces both ingredients for a cleaner version.
