- 50 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 15 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 1 dashAromatic bitters

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

No garnish to prepare.

RINSE chilled glass with absinthe (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.

STIR other ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
