- 45 mlChinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)
- 30 mlGin
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 2 dashCreole bitters

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and orange wedge or slice.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
