Ingredients
- 45 mlChinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)
- 30 mlGin
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and orange wedge or slice.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with orange wedge or slice.
