- 45 mlSauvignon Blanc wine
- 5 mlElderflower liqueur
- 5 mlCherry brandy
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and strawberry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and use a garnish along with a strawberry on rim.
