Ingredients
- 45 mlAbsinthe
- 15 mlWhite crรจme de menthe
- 10 mlOrgeat syrup
- 2.5 mlOrange flower water
- 30 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 30 mlWhipping cream

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
