- 30 mlCoconut liqueur
- 30 mlOrange juice
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered orange slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Slowly POUR grenadine (which will sink to the bottom of the cocktail).
- 6Garnish with skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
