Ingredients
- 45 mlGrappa
- 15 mlCoffee liqueur
- 15 mlDark crème de cacao
- 30 mlEspresso coffee (hot)
- 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of 3 coffee beans.
- 3BLEND all ingredients with three cubes of ice.
- 4POUR into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
