Ingredients
- 1 disc Orange zest/swath
- 50 mlOld Tom gin
- 15 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 2 dashOrange bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 1 dashAbsinthe
- 7.5 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3SQUEEZE the oils of a coin-size orange zest into mixing glass and drop zest in.
- 4Add other ingredients, REGAL STIR with ice.
- 5STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
