Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
- 30 mlCoconut water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and dried coconut slices (preferably toasted).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with dried coconut slices.
