- 50 mlTsipouro
- 15 mlApricot liqueur
- 10 mlMastiha liqueur
- 30 mlLime juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 6 dashGrapefruit bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of sage leaf and pickled onion.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
