Ingredients
- 30 mlMezcal
- 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 25 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 7.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlFernet liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of apple slice (fresh or dehydrated).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with apple slice.
