- 15 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 75 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlOrgeat syrup

- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
