- 40 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 20 mlPineapple juice
- 20 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a JULEP TIN.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated pineapple slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass or julep tin filled with crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with pineapple slice.
