Ingredients
- 45 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlBrown sugar syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with skewered cherries.
