Ingredients
- 30 mlPear vodka
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 15 mlSauvignon Blanc wine
- 15 mlApple juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify.
- 2Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
