Ingredients
- 45 mlGin
- 5 mlAdvocaat liqueur
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 1 dashCardamom bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (cut to be used to form a cross).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest over cocktail and then use as a garnish to form a cross shape on the cocktail.
