Ingredients
- 30 mlHabenero bourbon
- 20 mlMexican corn whisky
- 10 mlFino sherry
- 5 mlLemon juice
- 2.5 mlChilli liqueur
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
