Ingredients
- 50 mlLight white rum
- 10 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 30 mlIndia pale ale (IPA) beer
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
