Ingredients
- 30 mlSoave wine
- 20 mlBlackberry liqueur
- 15 mlSour apple liqueur
- 75 mlProsecco
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of blackberry and apple wedge.
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients into glass and briefly stir.
- 4FILL glass with ice.
- 5TOP with prosecco.
- 6Garnish with blackberry and apple wedge.
