  • 30 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
  • 20 mlRed bitter liqueur
  • 10 mlChartreuse Green

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of 2 orange zest twists.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4
    STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. 5
    EXPRESS first orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard. Express the second orange zest twist and use as garnish.
