Ingredients
- 30 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
- 20 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlChartreuse Green
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of 2 orange zest twists.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS first orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard. Express the second orange zest twist and use as garnish.
