  • 22.5 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlMaraschino liqueur
  • 15 mlGomme syrup
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
  • 2 dashCreole bitters

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of Creole-styled bitters and skewered maraschino cherry.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Garnish with Creole-style bitters dashed across foamy head and skewered maraschino cherry.
