- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlWhite crème de menthe
- 5 mlTriple sec
- 6 dropMint bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint leaf.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with mint leaf floated on the cocktail or pegged/stuck with spot of honey to the rim.
