- 20 mlMezcal
- 10 mlChilli liqueur
- 5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 5 mlAgave syrup
- 20 mlLime juice
- 4 dropMargarita Bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime juice, smoked salt and Tajin seasoning rim.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
