Ingredients
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Averna)
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Nonino)
- 15 mlMaple syrup
- 1 dashTobacco bitters
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of clove-studded orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with a clove-studded orange zest twist.
