- 22.5 mlAnisette liqueur
- 45 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 45 mlBrut sparkling wine
- 22.5 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- 2TOP with champagne and soda water.
- 3Lightly stir and serve with straws.
