Ingredients
- 40 mlCacao spiced rum
- 10 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 2.5 mlMint fernet amaro
- 6 whole Roasted coffee beans
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange and lime zest twists.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
