  • 15 mlHomemade ginger syrup
  • 2 dashAromatic bitters
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of root ginger slice or piece of crystalised ginger.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
