Ingredients
- 40 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 7.5 mlMaraschino syrup
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon (or orange) zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Express lemon (or orange) zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Garnish with skewered cherries.
