  • 45 mlFino sherry
  • 2 dashOrange bitters
  • 2 dropAromatic bitters

    Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) and Fragata Green Olive - preferably pimiento-stuffed ('pimola' olive).

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
