- 45 mlDry vermouth
- 45 mlFino sherry
- 2 dashOrange bitters
- 2 dropAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) and Fragata Green Olive - preferably pimiento-stuffed ('pimola' olive).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
