Ingredients
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlBanana liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and dried banana chip.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with a dried banana chip.
