- 10 mlBanana liqueur
- 7.5 mlFino sherry
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dried banana chip or fresh banana slice.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with dried banana chip pegged to rim, or fresh banana slice on the rim.
