Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 22.5 mlBanana liqueur
- 2 dropVanilla bitters
- 2 dropChocolate bitters
- 22.5 mlBanana tea
- 5 mlWhipping cream
Method
- 1STIR first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
- 2Shake a sealed container of cream and carefully POUR over the back of a spoon to form a small white spot floating in the centre of the drink.
