Ingredients
- 2.5 mlAbsinthe
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlBanana liqueur
- 2.5 mlBrown sugar syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon knotted pigtail zest twist.
- 3RINSE glass with absinthe, discard excess and set to one side.
- 4STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass. (No ice in glass.).
- 6EXPRESS lemon and lime zest twists over cocktail and discard.
