  • 15 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
  • 10 mlAmer Picon
  • 10 mlOloroso sherry

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (flamed).

    EXPRESS a flamed orange zest twist into empty chilled glass to line the inside with smoky oils.

    STIR other ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.

    EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
