Ingredients
- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 10 mlChilli liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of blood orange Horse's Neck zest twist or slice wheel.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
