Ingredients
- 50 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 50 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 75 mlSoda (club soda) water

STIR first 2 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
