Ingredients
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 7.5 mlMaple syrup
- 3 dashBacon fat wash
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients in base of mixing glass to dissolve maple syrup.
- 4Add ice and STIR to chill.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
