- 22.5 mlDry vermouth
- 7.5 mlRosolio Bergamotto
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and orange slice wheel.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with orange slice.
