Ingredients
- 60 mlKummel liqueur
- 15 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
