- 5 mlAbsinthe
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 fresh Mint leaves
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish dehydrated lemon slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with dehydrated lemon slice floated on cocktail.
