Ingredients

- 25 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
Method
- 1SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 2DRIZZLE bitter red liqueur over the cocktail (which will bleed through ice as it sinks).
