Ingredients
- 2 slice Cucumber (fresh)
- 30 mlGin
- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 30 mlLime juice
- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 1.25 mlAniseed liqueur
- 5 fresh Mint leaves
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
- 3(Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping). MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients.
- 5SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7Garnish with mint leaf.
