- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlMezcal
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 7.5 mlAgave syrup
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 4 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
- 3Prepare garnish of blood orange slice wheel.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with blood orange slice.
