Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 7.5 mlElderflower liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with smoked cinnamon (moisten outside edge with orange juice and dip into cinnamon).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
