Ingredients
- 40 mlGerman amaro
- 5 mlCherry brandy
- 10 mlPineapple juice
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 2DRY SHAKE (without ice) and pour into ice-filled glass.
