Ingredients
- 50 mlMixed berry flavoured vodka
- 22.5 mlClaret wine
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 10 mlBlackberry liqueur
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered blackberry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS flamed orange zest twist over cocktail then discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered blackberry.
