- 45 mlOrange juice
- 45 mlPineapple juice
- 7.5 mlFalernum liqueur
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered maraschino cherry and orange slice wheel (sail)..
- 3POUR all ingredients into glass half filled with crushed ice.
- 4SWIZZLE and then fill the glass with more crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
