- 30 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 7.5 mlOrgeat syrup
- 1⁄2 barspoon Blackstrap molasses
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of physalis (cape gooseberry).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Garnish with physalis (cape gooseberry) on rim.
